Digital collections presented on the web site of Marietta College's Legacy Library are available for personal, non-commercial, and educational use. Individuals, schools, and libraries may, without requesting permission, download or print images and files in the Legacy Library's digital collections for non-profit purposes that fall under the fair use guidelines defined in Title 17 of the United States copyright law. In all cases, please provide a citation to the Legacy Library web site in any use of these images.
Publication of these images and files (including in both non-profit or for-profit publications, as well as all web sites), requires the submission of a completed One-Time Use Agreement
