Model Citation for a Web Page

Works Cited Entry, Basic Form

Author Name, Reversed. "Title of Article." Title of the Web Site. Publisher, Date of publication. Medium of publication.  Date of access.

  • Use the prescribed punctuation between each element of the citation.
  • Title of the article is in double quotes.  Title of the web site is in italics.
  • Use hanging indent (all lines after the first indented 1/2 inch).

  • Cite an email message with the writer's name, the subject line (in quotes) or a descriptive title, date of the message, and the medium "E-mail."
