Works Cited Entry, Basic Form

Author Name, Reversed. (Date). Title of the book. Location: Publisher. 

• Provide the author's name in reversed order using only initials of given names (Surname, Initials of Given Names).
• If there are more than one author, all names are reversed with initials and separated by commas; the last author is preceded with an ampersand.
  
• Use the prescribed punctuation between each element of the citation.
  
• Italicize the title of the book.
  
• Use hanging indent (the first line begins at the left margin and all subsequent lines are indented).
